Prime Video released key art and a new trailer for the upcoming series Blade Runner 2099 on Saturday at New York Comic-Con, Deadline Film Adaptations reported. Set 50 years after the events of the movie Blade Runner 2049, the narrative depicts a reborn Los Angeles. The television miniseries serves as an installment in the broader Blade Runner sci-fi franchise. It acts as a sequel to both the original 1982 film Blade Runner and the 2017 movie Blade Runner 2049.
