Director Quentin Tarantino has confirmed that he has finished writing the screenplay for his tenth feature film. Variety and Far Out Magazine reported that the director announced the milestone during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show. [1][4][5][6]
Tarantino stated that he will not pursue the movie project immediately because he intends to focus on his current theatrical commitments and wants to live a little first, according to Variety and World of Reel. He explained that work on the film will remain on hold until his newly opened stage play finishes its run. [1][7]
The director has long maintained that he plans to retire from feature filmmaking after completing his tenth project. As FTMQ Books reported earlier, Tarantino wrote and directed his debut West End play, titled The Popinjay Cavalier, which stars Sacha Baron Cohen in a swashbuckling comedy set in London. [1][12]
Production details, casting news, and a timeline for the final film have not been announced. Work on the movie will proceed once the run of his stage play officially concludes. [1][8]
